Mike Morell, who was the former acting CIA director under President Barack Obama, is under intense scrutiny for his alleged attempts to sway the public opinion about Hunter Biden, the son of current President Joe Biden. Morell had sent an email to John Brennan, who was the final CIA director under Obama, asking him to add his name to the infamous letter which falsely claimed Russian involvement in the New York Post stories about Hunter Biden's business dealings in Ukraine and China. In an attempt to rally support, Morell drew the names of several ex-intelligence officials, two of whom recently refuted being involved, stating that Morell may have misled Brennan.
