US Congressman, David Kustoff from the 9th District is fighting crime of a different type- Idenity theft Scams. Americans have lost billions of dollars through identity theft and a big part of that is losing Social Securtiy benefits. The House passed Kustoff's bill,  Identity Theft Act (H.R. 5345).
