What if the best thing you could give your team was permission to slow down?
In this episode of Meet The Peninsula Hosts, we head to Peninsula Hot Springs to explore the growing role of wellness in business events, and what happens when a conference, retreat or
incentive experience is designed around connection and wellbeing.
We meet the people behind the destination and discover how geothermal bathing, nature, dining
and purpose-built event spaces can come together to create a very different kind of corporate
experience.
Rather than simply stepping away from work, we explore how a change of environment can help
people reconnect with themselves, their colleagues and the ideas they’re there to explore.
It’s a conversation about wellness, creativity and why sometimes stepping out of the boardroom
is exactly what a team needs.
