What happens when you take a business event out of the boardroom and put wellbeing at the
centre of the experience?
In this episode of Meet The Peninsula Hosts, we head to Alba Thermal Springs & Spa to meet
the people behind one of the Mornington Peninsula’s most distinctive corporate experiences.
We explore what it means to create an event that gives delegates space to pause, reconnect
and reset, and why wellness can be much more than an added extra.
From corporate retreats and incentive experiences to group dining and large-scale events, Alba
works with groups to create experiences that feel considered from arrival to departure.
We talk about the importance of creating time to breathe, the role of nature in bringing people
together, and how stepping away from the traditional corporate environment can change the
way a group connects.
If you’re looking for a business event with a difference, this is one conversation worth dipping
your toes into.
