The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) is rolling out a free, virtual LiveWell with Cancer self-management program starting this September that can be accessed online or through the phone.

The program aims to help people navigate life while living with cancer.

“It’s a six-week workshop, two and a half hours, it’s very engaging and gives people the opportunity to be with others that might be struggling with a similar situation,” said Justine Powell, a chronic disease health educator with the SHA and one of seven LiveWell coordinators within Saskatchewan overseeing the program.
