This month marks the start of Movember, a month-long movement where men put down the razors for a good cause.

Movember was designed to raise awareness for men's overall health - including mental health, prostate cancer and testicular cancer.

In a now annual tradition, Matt Heath and Tyler Adams tested their year in fitness with a weigh off judged by Jetts personal trainer Jesse Peterson.

"The idea of this is that the hardest time for you to deal with fitness and the hardest time for you to make positive change around that area and exercise and such is across the Christmas break, right?

"So what better time to have a fitness challenge to make it hard."
