Dame Lisa Carrington is New Zealand's most decorated Olympian, having won a total of eight gold medals and one bronze medal up to this point in her career. 

Carrington was appointed a Dame Companion to the New Zealand Order of Merit for services in 2022. 

Joining Matt and Tyler Afternoons, Carrington discusses the past year of sport, which saw her soar at the Paris Games.
