The Christmas season brings big meals, family dinners and plenty of sweet treats - so how can we enjoy it without the guilt?

Health advocate and activist Dave Letele says cutting back isn't the best solution, but people can balance out the indulgences with brisk walks and exercise. 

"Going for a walk will be so much better for you mentally, because you'll feel good again...you feel guilty, you feel bad - going for a walk will solve that."
