Ana, the Marketing Manager of Vancouver Island Brewing joined me on the show!

Vancouver Island Brewing has partnered with three of the Island’s top fishing lodges to raise $10,000 for the Pacific Salmon Foundation in support of wild salmon conservation across BC.

Starting July 1, 2025, VIB will donate $1 from each special edition Islander Lager 8-pack to
PSF, supporting vital salmon habitat restoration and resiliency throughout BC, with a
guaranteed minimum donation of $10,000. The campaign will continue while supplies last.

This initiative builds on VIB’s 40-year legacy of brewing on Vancouver Island and its long-standing
connection to the region’s coastal communities and traditions, reinforcing how local businesses
can rally around shared values to support the long-term stewardship of BC’s wild places.
Premier BC fishing lodges Nootka Marine Adventures, Tofino Resort and Marina, and Reel
Obsession Sport Fishing have donated guided fishing trip packages to the campaign.

As long- time supporters of the Pacific Salmon Foundation, their generosity has helped bring this
initiative to life.

Golden cans have been hidden inside specially marked Islander Lager 8-packs.
Each one enters the finder into a prize draw for one of these unforgettable getaways.
