All right, so we are going to talk about how you can do outbound at scale using AI. And first let's define what outbound means, Neil.

Outbound is you reaching out and trying to convince people to buy your products and services. No one coming in, not a lead going to your website. More so, you're just randomly hitting up cold people. They may be familiar with your brand, they may not be familiar with your brand.

Correct and Neil, what are you guys doing at NP Digital with outbound right now? Anything?

Which countries are just generally generally we find that outbound doesn't work really well in the United States for our space. Building relationships has worked better for us in the United States, but places like Brazil and India where we use outbround using my name, we're finding it like fishing with dynamite.

Oh yeah, outbound using Neil's name. In India, it's like he's like Leonardo DiCaprio reaching out to you. Maybe it's like Tom Cruise reaching out to you out.

I'm Leonardo DiCaprio in India or anywhere near that, and I'm ninety nine point nine percent sure more people in India know who Leonardo DiCaprio is over me.

It's okay. When Neo lands in India, what he doesn't tell you is that there are people waiting for him at the airport. It's like a welcoming party. So until I have a welcome party, I say, we'll just call you Leonardo de Patel. So anyway, I don't know if I told you this, Neil, but we've had some success with outbound at Single Grain, and I remember like one decent one recently that happened was it was outbound and it was a seventeen K a month MRR deal. So it's not bad. And so my point of saying all this is that when you have AI at this point, here's the beautiful part. You can actually create customized insights for the companies that you're reaching out to. And so I might reach out to Neil and say, hey, there's three issues with your website. So I might like, let's say I'm selling SEO, so three SEO issues on your website that's the headline. And then I might say, hey, Neil, I've spotted three things over here. And it's actually fairly I would say it's like seven or eight out of ten in terms of the insights. It's providing. But now your BDRs or your salespeople, so business development representative, sales development representatives, they can do this at scale, and plus they can convert it into a nice PDF as well. There's different tools out there. I think one's called Gamma dot ai and said hey, I did this custom PDF for you. And so if I rewind maybe ten twelve years ago, when I was first starting out, I was reaching out to people. There was no like screen recording tools that were very simple to use, like loom. It took me twenty to thirty minutes to make each video and I was setting those videos outbound. But I did get a lot of bites and that was even in my mid twenties. I would get contracts that were thirty K a month just doing it. But it requires you. You got to think about when it comes to outbound, how can you actually stand out? And it's just in the past it took too much time for people to stand out. But now you can actually do that at scale. And I do believe in the next six months everyone's going to be doing this from an outbound standpoint. So you have a window of time. Right now, we're in Q two, twenty twenty three, where you can really jump on this and rip it for I'd say, you know, ninety to one hundred and eighty days.

Great example of this is if you're trying to reach outbound to let's say Eric II, you can plug into some of these AI to our social profiles, our websites and say, hey, chat GPT or Bard, you know, or you can go with Bard analyze the conversions on Neilpatel dot com and tell us ten ways to improve it. So then you'll get a list of recommendations. You then start hitting up people and you'll be like, look, here's some customized recommendations for you. This will allow you to customize your outbound without having to do all the manual work, and you should see more revenue and conversions from it.

Yep. Look, I think there's a lot that you can do with this. There's one of my friends, you know, he found this software dot called Clay dot com and it's basically it's lead prospecting or prospecting at scale. And so imagine if you can leverage that and then combine your outbound tool. So let's say you leverage open ai API and then you can combine it with APIs from let's say a similar web which pulls insights from a lot of different websites, right, or you can pull from h refs. Neil, do you guys sell API access to Uber suggest or answer Republic?

No?

Okay, well that's a nice revenue stream there. But anyway, so you can basically combine it with these other APIs and pull insights like oh, you're actually getting a lot of you know, bad links coming in. You maybe need to disavow these links. So you can do this at scale now, and the possibilities are endless. You just need to ideally have a sales operations person that's taking a look at this stuff and just testing and then once it seems like the response rate is good, let's say maybe above ten percent or so, you just start to slowly scale this up. Anything else, Neil, Nope, that's it all right. That is it for today. Please don't forget to rate ree, subscribe it helps us grow, and subscribe to us on YouTube as well, and goodbye,
