"If you went to work and you felt the need that God wanted you to go to work and save and prepare for the future, this is no different."

When the news is chaos and prices keep climbing, a lot of Christians default to "I'll just pray about it and trust God." Is that faith, or is it avoidance? Jeremy Stalnecker sits down with David Holland, founder and president of Alpha Omega Gold, to talk about what the Bible actually says about money, stewardship, and preparing for what's coming.

David shares how God stopped him in his tracks like Jonah, sent him to Bible college with one month's rent in his pocket, and led him into a business he calls a ministry. They dig into honest weights and measures, the parable of the talents, why inflation is a silent theft, and how to move forward with urgency instead of fear. As Moses learned at the Red Sea: God didn't tell him to stand still.

This is Part 1 of a two-part conversation. Part 2 covers practical principles of financial stewardship and generosity that will release next week!
