In this session we'll talk about what a hate comment is, how to spot actual trolls and meanies and what to do when you get one.



Those haters might be doing YOU a favour ! It's all a matter of how we see it. I'm going to help you reframe your thinking, and give you a strategy that will work on any platform



I'll walk you through a process you can use to overcome anxiety around negative comments, and then show you how to really maximise the comments (once we've determined they are hate comments) to build engagement, and community and help you find your ideal customers.
