In these times of uncertainties, and a highly insecure world, it has become more important than ever that people think about mental health. And to have a healthy mind, it is very important that they understand how a mind and its various functions… It is high time that mental health comes out of psychology textbooks and reaches the people in a common language. “Manaachaa Podcast” is a podcast in Marathi that talks about the Mind and its nuances… It will be a conversational talk where Dr. Anand Nadkarni will talk on Mind, Emotions, and Management, in reference to current and historical incidents and events to guide listeners on Mental Health Management.

It will include not only the conceptual basics of mind and its management but also, how these concepts can be used and management techniques implemented in daily living to make the lives better.
