Melissa Harris is the Registrar of Titles in Victoria as well as the Chief Executive for Land Use Victoria (LUV), an agency within the Victorian Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning (DELWP).
Melissa began her career as a town planner and has dedicated her career to public service, working across state and local government for over 30 years.
