Served as a Minister for 6 years, including overseeing a $17B health budget, the largest recurrent expenditure in the Victorian budget.

Responsibility for multiple Ministerial portfolios spanning three major government Departments.

Achieved nation leading public policy reforms, delivered record budget outcomes and service-delivery improvements in a competitive budget environment, whilst undertaking sensitive stakeholder management.
