You spent months perfecting your website, branding and product. You finally launched… and nobody bought.

In this episode, I’m breaking down why launching your business is only the beginning - and what you need to focus on if you want to turn that initial launch into consistent sales.

I get into building demand, continuing to market after launch day, listening to customer feedback and why you can’t expect people to buy something simply because you’ve put it online.

Because a quiet launch doesn’t necessarily mean you have a bad business. Launch day is one moment. What you do next is what builds momentum.
