My first business started as a side hustle making around $300 a week. In its first year, it went on to make $3.5 million.

In this episode, I’m breaking down the strategy behind how I found the product, got my first customers and scaled from around 10 orders a week to hundreds a day.

I get into using social proof to build demand, influencer marketing, the decision to spend $300,000 on a single celebrity Instagram post and what I learned about scaling a product business quickly.

I also share how I built the business with an eventual exit in mind - and the lessons I’ve since carried into building multiple seven and eight-figure brands.
