If your Instagram content isn’t performing like it used to, your strategy might need to change.

In this episode, I’m breaking down the Instagram metrics I’m paying attention to right now and what they can tell you about why some content gets pushed while other posts disappear.

I get into six factors that can influence your reach, why the first second of your content matters so much and the mistakes that could be causing people to scroll before you’ve even had a chance to get your message across.

I also share how I’d approach creating content now - from stronger hooks and retention to making content people actually want to share with someone else.

Because getting likes is nice. But if you want to grow, you need to understand what actually makes people stop, watch and share your content.
