What does it take to walk away from a stable career and completely back yourself?

In this episode of Make It Happen, I sit down with Holly Egerton, founder of Succession and one of my very first mentorship clients, to talk about her decision to leave an eight-year career in law and build a business on her own terms.

We get into knowing when it’s time for a change, dealing with the uncertainty of leaving a secure career and what it actually takes to go from having an idea to building something of your own.

Holly also shares what she’s learned through the transition from lawyer to founder and the reality of backing yourself when the safer option would be to stay exactly where you are.

If you’ve ever thought, “I don’t hate my job… but is this really what I want to do forever?” - this episode is for you.
