Married At First Sight 2027 has officially started filming this week, and as last season's cast fight about who they should turn to for advice, here's an open letter to them from me. In this, I discuss the psychological journey they're about to go on, the various emotional stages of the process they won't realise until months later and the producer tactics to look out for. 

Everything I read in this letter is from spending years speaking to far too many former cast members than I could ever count.
