MAESTRO ON THE MIC….

Welcome to   the highest rating program on a Saturday morning blasting and bursting its way out of Upwey and spreading its influence throughout Melbourne metropolitan area and outer suburbs.  We stretch out as far as Mickleham, Colac, Rosebud and Warragul…

Today we focussed on  playing an interesting range of good, mostly Australian, music.  We confess though to playing a little more from overseas than usual because of unexpected events, being the passing of Dolly Parton.

We spoke to journalist Stephen Corby about his life as a motor car  reviewer. It took him all over the world and trying out all the cars you could imagine.  He tells us what  his favourite car is and what car you should consider.  He regularly appears in the Weekend Australian and lots more.

We  played less known but powerful Dolly Parton songs in tribute to the veteran musician and anthropologist who died from cancer at the  age of 80.
