Our therapy modalities reflect  the background and culture of our clients . We honor cultural differences and realize that expression and symptoms of some mental health disorders in people of color may be slightly different than those of the majority culture. 

Our experience enables us to offer effective outpatient, and in-home individualized, group and Family psychological care. We treat a number of mental health disorders, and provide a neutral ground to individuals, families, and couples. 

Our focus is to help individuals and families  heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan.
