The Outreach Magic Pride Festival is returning to Warner Park on Sunday, August 17, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Presented by Outreach, this annual celebration of LGBTQ+ pride, diversity, and inclusion is one of the biggest summer events in the city—drawing thousands of attendees each year.

A Festival That Fills Warner Park With Energy

This year’s Magic Pride Festival promises to deliver the same vibrant experience that Madison has come to love. More than 150 vendors will line the park’s pathways, creating a colorful and bustling marketplace. Guests can expect:

According to Outreach’s Steve, “It’s very similar to the last two or three years we’ve done the live event, but with even more opportunities for connection.”

The live stage show will feature over 20 local LGBTQ+ performers, running throughout the entire five-hour festival. From music and dance to spoken word, the performances will showcase Madison’s incredible local talent and celebrate LGBTQ+ artistry.

Attendance numbers in recent years have been estimated between 5,000 and 10,000 people, making the Magic Pride Festival one of Madison’s most well-attended summer events. With multiple entrances to Warner Park, the festival has a steady flow of guests exploring every corner of the grounds.

For Steve, one of the highlights is cruising around the festival in a golf cart, checking in with vendors and guests, and helping make the day run smoothly. “It’s a really great way to see everything that’s happening with the festival,” he says.
