It must have seemed like a minor speedbump in an otherwise
ordinary day when Alan Manly was presented with a $115 invoice by a
volunteer.  Little did he know that the simple act would lead
to an eleven year journey through 250 court visits.  We hear
Alan’s story, the personal cost and the legal lessons learnt
through an experience with a vexatious litigant.

We also catch up with Mark Beretta as he’s out with Tour de
Cure.  As an ambassador and member of the board, there’s no
question that this is cause close to Mark’s heart.  He’s
literally putting his, now sore and numb, body on the line as funds
are raised to find a cure, prevent and educate about cancer.
