If you injure yourself physically, do you just ignore the wound and say oh yeah time will take care of that. NO. You go about fixing it, right? Bandaids, physio, surgery whatever it needs. You don’t’ sit back and hope for the best.  



Time helps but it doesn’t heal. You have to do the work.

Creates ORDER which settles the mind. 

Distracts you from your emotions and helps you sleep. 

It allows you to see possibility.
