We explore why now, more than ever, these pressures are higher for women and the impact they are having on the health and well-being of women in our society. We also talk about the importance of not only knowing how to “shake it off” in life but also embracing our differences and innate individuality recognising that there is no “one size fits all” when it comes to “having it all”.
