Why do some regrets stay with us long after something has happened?

In this episode, Violet 粉樱 invites George Chan, founder of @this.is.how.we.heal and mind therapist, to explore why our minds keep replaying the past, what it truly means to accept what cannot be changed, and how we can stop judging our past selves with what we know today. We may not be able to rewrite the past, but we can choose what we do next.
