The 30th Anniversary of the LA CCA STAR Tournament has already begun, some massive changes coming to the rodeo, including what the 1st overall Speckled Trout winner will come away with as well as a few other categories that are filled with incredible rewards, if charter captains are still excluded from participating in the Star Tourney, some of the other divisions like fly fishing and youth to get you and yours into fishing and grab some of those rewards!
