The ABC programme, which stand for agility, balance and coordination aims to develop children's sporting potential from a foundational phase. Through the different phases of the programme, children will learn essential movement skills that will allow them to grow, learn and work together as a team in a structured environment. Head coach, Babes Govender says the programme has further proven to enhance the confidence of children...
