This, as an estimated ten percent of individuals classified as slow metabolizes, who face heightened risks of anxiety and heart palpitations from minimal doses. Health experts have further warned that natural aging alongside hormonal fluctuations during perimenopause and menopause can drastically intensify these negative side effects and alter safe daily intake limits.
