By Newsbreak Executive Producer Salma Patel - The KwaZulu-Natal Tourism and Film Authority recently hosted producers and filmmakers showcasing the Okhahlamba Drakenberg area in the KwaZulu-Natal midlands as a destination for upcoming movies and films. About 15 filmmakers and producers were introduced to historic sites and majestic mountains to consider as a backdrop for their movies. Mission Impossible 8 starring Tom Cruise, was filmed in the Drakensberg in 2022.
