The State in the trial against the alleged July 2021 unrest instigator, Bonginkosi Khanyile has made its case by producing videos and called witness in the Durban Regional Court.  The videos played in court were captured when Khanyile was addressing three gatherings in Durban during July of 2021.  He is facing charges including incitement to commit public violence and contravention of the Disaster Management Act.
