The institute broadcasted a stark reminder on Sunday during the Community Shield at the Wembley Stadium which read: "The game is loud. Drowning is silent. Let's change that score." They say that drowning is a silent epidemic in Africa and according to the World Health Organisation, an estimated 66,000 lives are lost across the continent each year.
