That's according to Professor Armand Bam, Head of Social Impact at Stellenbosch Business School. The latest Commission for Employment Equity report shows persons with disabilities make up just 1.4% of the workforce, far below the national 3% target - with even lower representation in senior leadership. Professor Bam warns that awareness is not enough as measurable action is urgently needed to move from compliance to true inclusion.....
