By Newsbreak Producer Hoosen Ebrahim - A tense situation in Mpumalanga has come to a partial close with the recapture of a second lion that had escaped from the Kruger National Park last Sunday. The lion was located in the Huntington area. This follows the capture of the first lion in Bushbuckridge on Friday, which was subsequently euthanized after it killed livestock belonging to the local Malumule community. According to a spokesperson for the Mpumalanga Tourism and Parks Agency, the trail of destruction left by the second lion aided in its tracking.
