The suspects were reportedly found inside a parked Mercedes-Benz on Stephen Dlamini Road while allegedly counting bank cards, prompting officers to investigate. A search of the vehicle uncovered more than 190 debit cards from various banks, along with dozens of cell phones and other items suspected to be linked to criminal activity.
