By Newsbreak Producer, Tashlan Naidoo - The Pietermaritzburg High Court has dismissed former president Jacob Zuma's application for leave to appeal against the court's refusal to remove the lead prosecutor - Advocate Billy Downer - from the corruption case. The defence has argued that Downer is biased and that Zuma will not get a fair trial. In his judgment, Judge Nkosinathi Chili said it's the second time that Zuma is bringing such an application.
