By Newsbreak Producer, Tashlan Naidoo - After almost one and half years, a resident from Phoenix north of Durban has finally managed to reverse an incorrect water bill of 385-thousand-rand. It all started with a fibre installation which led to months of stress and confusion for 68-year-old, Usha Harrinath from Rainham in Phoenix. The fibre installers damaged water infrastructure and replaced her water meter without informing the municipality - which resulted in the exorbitant bill. IFP Councillor Dr Jonathan Annipen explains the process in which he helped Harrinath rectify the situation after countless failed attempts....
