The Newclare Community in Johannesburg say they'll be handing over a petition to the magistrate in opposition of bail for four accused of giving a toddler a substance that appears to be drugs. The outraged community attended Monday's short court proceedings at the Johannesburg Magistrate's Court, where the four accused appeared -- including the mother of the toddler. In a video that went viral on social media, the accused are seen encouraging a four-year-old boy to light up a pipe that could be laced with mandrax and puff.
