Joyi previously held the position of CFO at the Department of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs (Cogta), but she resigned after being suspended over allegations of financial misconduct. Naptosa CEO Thirona Moodley says while Joyi cited health reasons for her resignation, the allegations levelled against her were never formally tested....
