By Newsbreak Producer, Tashlan Naidoo - Scores of of uMkhonto weSizwe Party members are marching to the eThekwini Municipality offices in Durban in protest to what it describes, as worsening service delivery failures, deteriorating infrastructure and proposed double-digit tariff hikes. Hundreds of MK Party supporters have been bussed in for the march. The demonstration also follows scrutiny by Parliament's Standing Committee on Public Accounts, over six-point-four billion rand in irregular expenditure, written off over two financial years.
