Discussions are at an advanced stage to determine the local government elections date. This is according to Minister of COGTA, Velenkosi Hlabisa. Hlabisa spoke to the media on the sidelines of a follow-up meeting between CONTRALESA and COGTA that is aimed at addressing issues that were raised by traditional leadership.
