By Newsbreak Producer, Tracy Valaydham - A 54-year-old Durban man accused of robbing a 66 year old pensioner on their first date has been granted bail. The suspect was released on R1,000 bail in the Verulam Magistrate's Court yesterday. Private Security company Reaction Unit South Africa says its believed the accused met the woman on a dating site. He then picked up the woman from Isipingo, took her to Galleria shopping mall where she withdrew her SASSA grant and thereafter drove to Hazelmere Dam. It's believed the two stopped at a petrol station when the man allegedly fled with the woman's bag. RUSA Spokesperson Prem Balram explains .....
