By Newsbreak Producer Taliesha Naidoo - A manhunt is underway in KwaZulu-Natal after two crime intelligence police officers were ambushed by armed suspects in Mount Edgecombe, north of Durban yesterday afternoon. One officer was killed and another wounded in a crossfire with suspects. According to police, the suspects abandoned and burnt their getaway vehicle. Acting National Police Commissioner Lieutenant General Puleng Dimpane has condemned the attack as a brazen assault on the state.
