The DA's Federal Congress is scheduled to take place in April. Steehuisen who is also Minister of Agriculture says he wants to shift his focus in eradicating the Foot-and-Mouth disease. Steenhuisen's political career started 30 years ago. We unpack this further is Chief research specialist in democracy and citizenship at the Human Sciences Research Council, Professor Joleen Steyn-Kotze.....
