The former Chatsworth Community Policing Forum (CPF) chairperson passed away from a suspected heart attack, aged 69. During his tenure as chairperson, the Chatsworth CPF won the national CPF of the Year award from the SAPS in 2018. Bayview CPF chairperson, Brandon Pillay says Singh's death is a huge loss to the community.....
