IFP Councillor, Jonathan Annipen has written to the eThekwini Municipality's Chief Financial Officer, Sandile Mnguni and City Manager, Musa Mbhele for an explanation as to why the tariff increases for rentals, which appeared on the council agenda on 31 March 2025, only listed rental units from Ward 48 in Phoenix.
