The defence in the bail application of two Durban businessmen accused of killing a 32-year-old man last month, have asked the Durban Magistrate's Court to reject the State's evidence and grant them bail. It is alleged that brothers Ferrel and Darren Govender lured Shailen Singh to a parking lot in Umhlanga and opened fire on him, killing him.
