By Newsbreak Producer Tashlan Naidoo - The Democratic Alliance in KwaZulu-Natal says it will be looking into alleged cases where members of the local government who have resigned before investigations into them have concluded were appointed to different departments. This follows the DA's call for the reversal of the appointment of the KZN Education Departments new chief financial officer. This after Education MEC, Sipho Hlomuka offered Yali Joyi the job in May pending her submission of certain documents. Joyi resigned from the provincial Cooperative Governance Department - where she held the same job - after being suspended last year pending an investigation into alleged irregular procurement and financial misconduct.
