This after the party's member on the Portfolio Committee of Higher Education and Training, Karabo Khakhau, laid criminal charges against Higher Education and Training Minister Dr Nobuhle Nkabane at the Cape Town central police station this morning. The party has accused Nkabane of misconduct and a lack of transparency in the appointment of SETA board chairpersons.
